PARIS — Pandora‘s season of change is continuing with the arrival of André Branch as new president for North America on Aug. 15.
Most recently chief executive officer of Ariana Grande’s R.e.m. Beauty, Branch succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who left the Danish jewelry giant in February.
“André is a highly accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across global consumer businesses,” said Massimo Basei, chief commercial officer at Pandora. “His ability to combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution makes him exactly the right person to lead our North America business and drive the next phase of growth in the region.”
At Pandora North America, he will oversee Pandora’s next phase of expansion in the region, with a mandate to deepen customer relevance, broaden the brand’s appeal and capture “significant growth opportunities,” the company said.

The firm announced plans for a new, larger Maryland distribution center in 2025. At the time, Pandora said the move marked a “significant milestone” and reinforced its “long-term commitment” to the U.S., its largest and fastest-growing region.
Branch said he looks forward to building on Pandora’s “strong position in North America,” citing the region’s significant potential and a focus on execution, customer relevance and sustainable growth.
He brings more than 25 years of experience across global consumer, beauty and lifestyle brands through senior leadership roles in North America and Europe at Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Diageo and Kraft Heinz.
Prior to his one-year tenure at R.e.m., Branch served as general manager of MAC Cosmetics North America.
Branch’s appointment is the latest under CEO and president Berta de Pablos-Bertier, who took the helm in January.
The company appointed Philippa Newman as chief product officer in February, taking over from Stephen Fairchild, who was promoted into the newly created role of chief strategic creative and cultural officer.
In May, de Pablos-Barbier called 2026 a “transition year” when the company will shift gears on “design, brand and market.” Pandora’s first-quarter results, saw the company holding up despite weakness in North America and Europe and some strong macro headwinds.
The jeweler will report its second-quarter earnings on Aug. 13.
